On Monday the Spencer Cross Country coaches hosted an informational meeting in regards to summer conditioning. At this meeting the coaches discussed what Cross Country is along with all the benefits of participating in this program!
If your student has any interest, I highly encourage them to come out and give it a try! Summer conditioning will begin this at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, at Spencer. During the month of June we will have conditionings on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings at 6:45 a.m. This is a great opportunity for our student athletes to get into shape prior to the start of the season in August! We look forward to seeing your runner there!
